Consultation Q. How do i make an appointment Please make contact using the information on the contacts page or by using the contact form. Upon contact we will have a quick communication about the issues, a price will be given, and a consultation appointment will be reserved. When payment is received, a questionnaire will be sent and the appointment confirmed.
Q. What happens at the time of the consultation? Consultations are held on an appointment basis in your own home. The home appointments lasts 1-1 ½ hours. If possible all house members should be present. A thorough history of the problem(s) the animal has, and an assessment of its temperament will take place to establish the causes of the problem(s) and a treatment programme will be developed.
Q. What happens after the consultation? Treatment programmes are specifically designed for each particular animal and vary according to the nature and severity of the problem. Often only one consultation is needed and further advice and aftercare can be provided by email, or telephone. When necessary a follow up appointment can be arranged.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel? If 48 hours notice is given, there will be no charge. If under 48 hours notice, depending upon the circumstances up to full consultation price may be charged (not including travel costs).
